🧾 What You’re Agreeing To

• By using TrackRotate, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• You must be 16 or older.
• We don’t sell your data, run ads, or stream your music.

🔐 Data We Collect

• Your email and login info
• Your Spotify playlists, tracks, and artist IDs (not listening history)
• IP address and last login (for security)

💰 Billing & Refunds

• Stripe handles all payments
• Prices include VAT
• We offer trials, promo codes, and manual refunds if needed

👥 Team Accounts

• You can create team plans and invite other users

📦 How Your Data is Stored

• We use encrypted tokens and EU-based storage
• Spotify playlist data is cached to reduce API calls
• Background jobs run to keep your playlists synced

⚠️ What Not To Do

• Don’t use bots or spam Spotify
• Don’t break their terms
• Don’t abuse the automation tools
